Dear TMSA Community,
As agreed in the last Board meeting, TMSA Board meetings will be held in-person at TMSA schools on a monthly rotating basis.
The September Board Meeting is scheduled for Tuesday (September 13, 2022) at 6:30 pm and will be held in-person at TMSA Charlotte - QCSS Elementary School at 8701 Mallard Creek Rd. Charlotte, NC 28262.
How to Join?
There are three different ways to join the meeting, described below:
- Everyone is welcome to travel to the hosting campus – this month, we will be at TMSA Charlotte QCSS Elementary School. Please note that the meeting location will rotate every month. You can see the TMSA Board meeting dates and locations here.
- We understand that the hosting school may require a long trip! Those who are unable to travel to the hosting school can join the meeting in person by driving to one of the TMSA schools below. These TMSA schools will be connected to the hosting school electronically and ready to host/accommodate any public member who wants to view the meeting in person.
- TMSA Triad Elementary Campus at 600 Industrial Ave, Greensboro, NC 27406
- TMSA Triangle Cary Campus at 312 Gregson Dr., Cary, NC 27511
- Those who cannot attend the meeting in person are still encouraged to watch it live on our YouTube channel.
How to Make Public Comments?
Public comments will be permitted for those who physically attend the meeting in-person, either at the hosting school or secondary TMSA school locations. There will be no remote public comment option anymore.
A sign-up sheet will be available at the entries. Please note that each person is limited to one public comment and will receive three minutes to present comments.
Where to Find the Meeting Agenda?
Members of the public can access the meeting agenda 48 hours before the meeting begins.
